Thought I’d share the foods I cook at home, mostly for one.
Broccoli stir fry with pork, carrots, and minced garlic.
Soy sauce chicken drumsticks, egg, broccoli, and rice.
Baby bok choy, black pepper eggplant with ground pork and green onions, and rice.
Baby bok choy, scrambled eggs with yellow chives, and bacon fried rice.
Egg drop soup with yellow chives, corn, and chicken.
Green curry with zucchini, onions, and carrots.
Black pepper eggplant turned out good enough to make again. This time with Chinese sausage , onions, and green onions.
One of my favorite kind of dishes: full meal(grains, meat, and veggies) that only requires one pot! Noodles with pork, snow peas, and yellow chives.
Some veggie I don’t know the name of, tomatoes and eggs with ginger, steamed pork riblets with minced garlic and fermented black beans, and teriyaki chicken.
Pasta! With grilled chicken, tomatoes, corn, and avocado topped with sundried tomatoes in a cream sauce.
Clay pot rice with chicken and Chinese sausage.
OK I didn’t make this. My mom did. So of course yum! Joong, type of wrapped Chinese sticky rice with a filling of yellow split mung beans, Chinese sausage, pork belly, and salted duck egg yolk. I gave it a quick pan fry and topped it with some sugar and a side of agave nectar.
